The Center for Emotional Health & Wellness provides person-centered, solution-focused psychotherapy services. Our services are grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic (CBT) techniques. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy utilizes real life scenarios to help change thinking, and therefore change outcomes in personal and professional situations.
We are skilled in Motivational Interviewing (MI). MI assists individuals in resolving ambivalence to change. It is evidenced based to treat a wide variety of change behaviors (binge eating, smoking, substance use, relationship issues; etc).
